Zits
Zits
is a 15 year old boy. His mother died when he was only 5 years old
and his father had left him and his mother before he was born. He was
in foster care and bounced around from house to house growing up,
until finally officer Dave's brother took him in.
Michael
attained his nickname “Zits” from his poor complexion, which he
got from his father. He is tall and has a very slim build, with black
hair and brown eyes. His skin is fairly dark since his mother was
white, and his father was Indian.
Some
may describe Zits as a disrespectful ill-mannered boy, but as we
look into his mind we see that's not who he really is. Zits has a
reputation for talking back, being violent and getting arrested. His
hard tough exterior is only protecting whats left of his delicate,
broken interior.
As
the story progresses, Zits slowly breaks down the wall he built of
anger and pain. He learns many lessons, and gets to live others
lives, as they go through the same problems. Now, especially with a
new understanding of his father, he can start showing who he really
is, and be proud of himself for the first time.
